what is beauty.... according to the dictionary, beauty is:1. the quality present in a thing or person that gives intense pleasure or deep satisfaction to the mind, whether arising from sensory manifestations (as shape, color, sound, etc.), a meaningful design or pattern, or something else (as a personality in which high spiritual qualities are manifest). 2. a beautiful person, esp. a woman. 3. a beautiful thing, as a work of art or a building. 4. Often, beauties. something that is beautiful in nature or in some natural or artificial environment. 5. an individually pleasing or beautiful quality; grace; charm: a vivid blue area that is the one real beauty of the painting. 6. (usually used ironically) something extraordinary: My sunburn was a real beauty. 8. something excellent of its kind: My old car was a beauty.
But what is really the meaning of beauty? is it just the external features of someone? does a perfect nose make someone beautiful? or does it mean having features others don't have? but could that features be bad? who is to judge? our own views? but what if we're too much a perfectionist? what if we're really very beautiful but think we're not..... many many people are like that... for example, micheal jackson... during his teen years, he was a fine looking young man... because he had a disease which caused his skin pigments to have white spots... he thought he was ugly... he was never happy with himself... he went under the knife countless times... and does he look any better now? personally, i think he looks like a freak! haha... but tts besides the point, why do we judge beauty just by the external features? What about Mother Theresa.... I find her a very beautiful person... but honestly, her looks is no better than ur next door neighbour.... but have u seen her heart? she has helped many many people... She has touched so many lives... She has done so much good, even i question if she is really a normal human being, or something else.... Can we compare Mother Theresa with another beautiful woman? why not, both are beautiful... and i personally believe, the inner beauty is much more impt that external features...
there is no difference.... and i believe everyone is beautiful.... both externally and internally... u just have to find tt beauty.... everyone is beautiful, i can proudly say that... some people may be both outside and inside just as beautiful, and i believe U are one of em... =) no matter wat u may have, pimples...scars....unwanted skin.... you're still beautiful.... cos God created U, and everything that God created is beautiful.... I can proudly say, EVERYONE is beautiful.... yes, even u.... haha, and i dare say, ure wrong if u say ure ugly... and im very certain, only u has told urself ure ugly... no one else told u except urself... and once agin, no one else can change how u look at urself, no one but urself... look at urself, i am sure tt u are beautiful, you you and you... =) and no one is ugly... tts for sure... and even if ppl say u are, its up to u to take that positively and negatively... theres always two ways of taking and lookin at things... for example, i may have a scar on my left cheek and pimples all over my face.... ppl may call me scar face or pimple face or watever they can think of... i can take it the negative way and believe wat they say... then from then on, i always look down on myself, and i dare not go out and stuff like that... which will greatly affect my life... or i can take it positively and tell them the story about the scar, make them interested, make it sound cool, and tell them tt the pimples is a sign of my maturity, something which they are not in callin me names in the first place... so, its all up to u... if u tell urself ure ugly, then u are really ugly, but if u tell urself tt ure a beautiful person, u'll really be a beautiful person, and no one will look down on u...at all..... =)
